Classes are taught in a safe, controlled and enjoyable environment making them suitable and accessible for everyone. There are no levels to the classes as each person is taught to listen to their own bodies, being mindful and only going to whatever level the body wants to go to on that particular day.

Class Prices

Eccles, Monton and Chorlton Classes (Excl. Friday)

£ 5 per class (drop ins). Friday classes £ 12 and must be booked prior to the session. Monthly Yin/Yang Yoga Sunday class £ 15 (drop ins)

Do I need to book in for any classes?

All classes except for Friday Yin Yoga are drop in however, please arrive 5 minutes before the class starts so you can have a complete pratice and do not disturb others. Students may be refused entry if late. The Friday Yoga classes must be booked in advance.


No Classes 18th-22nd Aug

There will be no Classes from Mon. 18th-Fri. 22nd August. Monday. There will be no Monday classes in August (18th and 25th), all other classes remain the same. To keep updated with classes, workshops etc please email sadhana@sadhanayoga.co.uk to be added onto the Sadhana Yoga mailing list.

New Monthly Yin/Yang Yoga Class

From September there will be a monthly Yin/Yang Yoga Class at Monton Memorial Hall, Unitarian Church, Monton (the same venue as the thurs classes). £15 per session, no booking needed.

Yin/Yang Yoga Dates:

The class will explore flowing postures (Yang Yoga) to stilling postures (Yin Yoga) and will incorporate breath practices, and meditation in much more detail to gain a deeper and richer understanding of the practices and beauty of Yoga. £15 per session, no booking needed, suitable for All.

Weekend Winter Retreat

There are a only 4 spaces left on our second of this years Yoga and Pilates retreat at the Haybergill Centre, Appelby Cumbria. Friday 7th- Sunday 9th November.

Retreats are an opportunity to restore and relax and experience a variety of Yoga offeringsfrom breath practices, meditations, posture work (such as Hatha, Yin and dynamic flow Yoga), as well as Pilates, walks, talks and lots of fun. The weekend retreats are for all persons who are new and experienced to Yoga and Pilates. You can do as many or as few sessions as you like, its your retreat your choice.

The full cost per retreat is £190 per person which includes all meals, classes and 2 nights stay (rooms are shared upto 2/3 persons).

A deposit of £50 (non-refundable) is required to secure your place; I advise booking early as the retreats fill up fast. Please email me if you would like to attend in 2009 (June/July and Nov).

New Yin/restorative Yoga Dates

Yin/Restorative Yoga combines breath practices (pranayama), meditation, passive posture work using supports such as cushions and blankets to find stillness in the physical body and peace in the mind. This class is suitable for all, and is particularly beneficial for anyone with injuries and ailments, stiffness in the hips and spine and pregnant women.

Private and Semi-Private Yoga and Pilates Classes

If you cannot attend classes or wish to have Yoga or Pilates classes tailored to suit your body and your particular needs, please email me sadhana@sadhanayoga.co.uk . Classes can be at your home. Yoga classes can be Ashtanga Vinyasa based, Yin Yoga or gentle Hatha Yoga. Pilates classes can be tailored to suit your body type focusing on specific parts and is ideal if you have any problems physically or otherwise.

For semi-private classes (groups of upto 4 people)these small class sizes are ideal for groups of friends/collegaues who would like to take their Yoga/Pilates further. Please email me sadhana@sadhanayoga.co.uk for further information.
