Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a beautiful form of Yoga working in gentle postures using cushions/supports to help to open up the body. Yin Yoga is extremely beneficial for people with injuries from tight hips to pulled hamstrings and ideal for pregnant ladies or just for those of us who are looking to relax (classes suitable for new and experienced practitioners).

Yin Yoga is a great way to end the week and start the weekend, restoring the physical body and making peace with the soul.

I have had the pleasure of training in Yin and Mindfulness Meditation Training with Sarah Powers a wonderful inspirational Teacher.

The classes are PAYMENT and BOOKING in advance: 7-9pm. £12 per person.

Sessions are every other Fri, with additional dates depending on class numbers. Dates will be posted on the home and events page.
